Delete your account

This deletes your Odo account and everything stored under it, for good. You do not need the app installed — verifying the phone number on the account is enough.

Deleting the account for removes:

your profile, name, photo and settings
every car, service record, bill and bill photo
every document you uploaded, including insurance and registration files
your reminders, health scores and cost history

This runs immediately. There is no undo, no grace period, and we cannot recover any of it afterwards. Download anything you need first.

If the app is still installed on a phone, open Profile → Delete my data or uninstall it to clear the copy stored there.

What survives, and why

Nothing that identifies you. When a bill is price-checked, the amount, the service category and the city join a shared pool that carries no account, car or bill reference — it is what lets the next owner know what a service should cost. Those points cannot be traced back to you and are not removed. Everything else goes.
